The Closter PTO is excited to offer an 8 week IN PERSON afterschool enrichment program at Hillside Elementary School. Classes are held directly after school on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:20-4:20pm. We offer a Fall and Winter program each year. Kindergarten through fourth grade Hillside students can choose from a variety of fun, engaging, hands on programs such as Coding, TaeKwonDo, Cooking, Jewelry Making, Chess, Mural Painting, and many more! We utilize our talented Hillside teachers as well as reputable local vendors such as Challenge Island, Tiger Kim, HealthBarn USA, Code Ninjas, to name just a few.
Children will walk from their classroom directly to their afterschool classes.
Staff will be available to ensure students arrive at their classroom destination safely.

You MUST be a current Closter PTO member to participate in ASEP

There will be NO ASEP on the following dates: 2/21, 2/22, 2/23, 3/9


  • Visit www.closterpto.org to access your account by entering your email address and password
    • NEW FAMILIES: visit www.closterpto.org and click “create your account” and follow the instructions.
  • Click the Programs: Order” menu, and choose one of the three “Hillside ASEP Winter 2022” days to view offerings for each day and order your class. Once you choose a class you should go to your cart which will blink at the top of the screen.
  • DO NOT REFRESH OR GO BACK during the order process, there may be a delay the more people attempt to order the same item and refresh at the same time, you are more likely to get a spot if you just let the page load on its own.



  • Refunds will only be given as a result of insufficient enrollment. If there are not enough students signed up, class will be cancelled and your payment will be returned if you don’t choose a second choice.
  • Please have your child choose his/her classes carefully. Once registration closes, there will be NO refunds for cancellation due to any personal schedule change. And NO switching classes will be allowed.
