HILLSIDE AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
SPRING 2023 SESSION: January 23rd - April 4th

Registration starts on 1/9 at 9 AM and ends at 1/16 at 12pm.

 

HES ASEP Program Details: The Closter PTO is excited to offer a 9-10 week afterschool enrichment program at Hillside Elementary School. We offer a Fall and Winter program each year.

Who is Elligible: Kindergarten through fourth grade Hillside students can choose from a variety of fun, engaging, hands on programs

What Programs We Offer: We utilize our talented Hillside teachers as well as reputable local vendors such as Challenge Island, Tiger Kim, HealthBarn USA, Garden Arts, to name just a few.

Where: Children will walk from their classroom directly to the gym where paras will have them lined up by their ASEP class. Kindergarten students will be escorted to the gym by a para.

When:  January 23rd - January 4th.  Classes are held directly after school on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:20-4:20pm

Please Note: 

You MUST be a current Closter PTO member to participate in HES ASEP

In order to register your child for classes, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Make sure you are a PTO member.To sign up for a membership, please CLICK HERE
  2. Once you are a member, visit HomeRoom to create an account.  For more instructions about Homeroom, CLICK HERE
  3. Registration opens 1/9!   Registration is done on the HOMEROOM site.  CLICK HERE to register when registration window opens!

NOTE: If you sign up for a class and do not have PTO membership for 2022-2023 your registration will be void.  
This is a new system and we're excited to bring a better user experience for all! Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the platform, also, kindly note that with this being a 3rd party platform there are additional fees involved.

REFUNDS/CLASS CANCELLATION:

  • Refunds will only be given as a result of insufficient or wrong grade enrollment.
  • Please have your child choose his/her classes carefully. Once registration closes, there will be NO refunds for cancellation due to any personal schedule change. And NO switching classes will be allowed.

***No exceptions will be made and we appreciate your cooperation ***
